Welcome to the Nick DiMaria Foundation Website! The Nick DiMaria Foundation is a non-profit organization that was founded in memory of Nick DiMaria, by his children, Sue, Nick, Tony, and Mike, along with a group of their friends. It is the objective of the Foundation to honor Nick by continuing in the “work” which Nick perfected in his lifetime – helping those family, friends, and others in times of need. The Foundation does so by organizing events to raise money for various charitablecauses withthe goal of reaching out to provide support, friendship and hope to those in need. The objective of the Nick DiMaria Foundation is to identify specific charitable causes in the community that the Foundation can assist. Each year, the Foundation organizes events to raise money for various charitable causes which are local to the Philadelphia metropolitan area and directly benefit its citizens. Funds are raised from the community at large, through activities such as golf outings, by reaching out to various corporate and individual sponsors. Each year, a member of the Foundation’s Board of Directors is asked to submit a nomination of a charitable cause to be considered as the subject of that year’s fund-raising activities. The entire Board reviews the nominated charitable causes and votes to approve the proposed causes. The Nick DiMaria Foundation’s Board Members are as follows: Tony DiMaria (President), Mike DiMaria (Vice President), Nick DiMaria (Treasurer), Sue [DiMaria] O’Neill (Secretary), Barbara DiMaria, Mike Conricode, Joe Duffy, Chris Mazullo, Jennifer Clark, Kevin Murphy, and Dan Hartranft. All events, fund raisers and other activities are conducted by the Foundation and the Foundation’s Board Members have agreed to coordinate and conduct the activities of the Foundation for no remuneration. The Nick DiMaria Foundation is a non-stock, not-for-profit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
